In Home Care-M-F 8am-4pm

Caregiver Benefits:

Responsibilities: 

•Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers

•Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visits

•Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing

Job Requirements: 

•Up-to-date CPR (expires every 2 years)

•Current Driver’s License

•Auto insurance with your name on it

•TB skin test results within one year of hire or Chest X-Ray within 5 years of hire

•MUST be able to lift 50+ lbs

•At least 6 months of experience in a home care setting or facility setting

•Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
