Private Duty Nurse - Part Time

Private Duty Nurse needed with experience in Advanced Dementia. Home Care client needs a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse for his ongoing schedule. 

Shift Need: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7am-1pm; Fridays 7am-7pm (24 Hours per Week) 

(Additional client shifts available if requested) 

Pay: $38-40/Hour

Nurse Job Duties:

• Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act.
• Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
• Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
• Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.

Position Requirements 

Nurse Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in state (Illinois) for which you are applying.
• Home Health Experience
• Minimum 2 years experience as a nurse.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Reliable car / auto insurance.
• Clean background and criminal record.
