Weekend Private Duty Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)

Private Duty Nursing – Maywood, IL 60153

BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate and reliable LPNs and RNs to provide private duty nursing care in the Maywood area.

Shift Details

• 12-hour shifts

• 7 AM -  7 PM shifts.

• Must be available Saturday and Sunday
  
  

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and physical exams

• Administer medications safely

• Monitor patient condition and report changes

• Provide education to patients and families

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety
  
  

Requirements

• Active Illinois LPN or RN license

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

• Experience with Hoyer lifts, trach, G-tube, vent monitoring, catheter care, and medication administration

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently

• Must pass background check and drug screening
