Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Schedule: Monday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 3:00 PM-11:00pm 
Pay Frequency: Paid Weekly/$17 per hour

BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality care to a bedbound patient in Duluth, GA.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and assistance to a bedbound patient.

• Reposition and turn the patient every two hours.

• Demonstrate knowledge and experience using a Hoyer lift.

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral care.

• Provide incontinence care.

• Obtain and document patient vital signs.

• Assist with meal preparation.

• Provide transportation, if needed.

• Perform light housekeeping and linen changes.

• Assist with laundry.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Provide medication reminders.

Requirements

• Current, valid Georgia CNA certification in good standing.

• Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training program.

• Applicants who are not CNA certified must successfully complete the PCA test upon hire.

• Current CPR certification.

• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray.

• Valid driver's license.

• Valid Social Security card.

• Current automobile insurance.
