Life Enrichment Assistant

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant to help create engaging programs and meaningful daily experiences for our residents.

In senior living, life enrichment is about more than activities — it’s about connection, purpose, and building community. This role supports the Life Enrichment Director in delivering programs that promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being.

What You’ll Do

 

• Assist in planning and leading group activities, events, and outings

 

• Support resident participation and encourage engagement

 

• Help prepare activity spaces and materials

 

• Document participation and assist with reporting as needed

 

• Build positive relationships with residents and families

 

• Partner with other departments to support community-wide events

 

• Maintain a safe and welcoming activity environment

 

What We’re Looking For

 

• High school diploma or equivalent

 

• Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred

 

• Positive, energetic, and compassionate demeanor

 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 

• Ability to lead small group activities with confidence

 

• Organized and dependable with strong follow-through

 

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
