We are looking for Service Advisors for our late morning shift (Tuesdays - Fridays 9am-6pm and Saturdays 7:30am-5pm) in order to accommodate our expanding business and facility expansion (22 ADDITIONAL service bays!).
Our Toyota store is consistently a top-5 performer in the state so we have the repeat business and work to keep you busy. We are also the Toyota distribution center for parts for our district so we have the fastest parts availability in area
$70,000 - $120,000+/year
- Toyota/Lexus experience preferred
- Previous Advisor, Dealership experience required
- Experience working in teams preferred
- MUST be proficient using a computer
- MUST have strong organizational and time management skills
- MUST have strong customer service and communication skills
- MUST have valid IL drivers license and pass a background check before starting in this role
- Utilize walk around process to increase customer awareness of vehicle condition and build rapport
- Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers
- Make suggestions to customers for recommended services based on customer's vehicle condition and mileage
- Conduct timely vehicle status updates and post-repair follow up - phone calls and emails/texts to customers
- Resolve customer complaints
Systems Experience Preferred: Reynolds Ignite, Tech Dispatching, TSD Loaner Software
