Job Responsibilities

• Cooking and preparing food items on menu (e.g. fryers, flat tops, pans)

• Follow sanitation and food safety standards

• Clean work space, resetting the kitchen every 2-4 hours

• Follow Opening and Closing Procedures including cleaning and trash removal

• Meet order efficiency expectations

• Perform periodic line checks throughout the day

• Contribute to inventory control management

• Cook and create all wok and stove top dishes according to recipe

• Prep items according to recipe manual and prep list when necessary

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize used dishes if necessary

• Unload trash cans and transport trash to dumpster

• Additional cleaning projections when applicable

Skills & Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older

• Reliable Transportation

• Ability to lift 50lbs or more

• Weekend availability strongly preferred

• Open availability strongly preferred

• Ability to remain in an upright stationary position for eight plus hours a day

• ServSafe Certification - not required, but additional hourly raise
