Job Summary

 

Bolivar Ford is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Receptionist to join our team!

 

This is a great opportunity for high school or college students looking to gain valuable work experience in a professional environment. Whether you're interested in business, customer service, or simply looking for a part-time position while attending school, we'd love to hear from you!

 

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere while assisting with daily dealership operations.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, professional service.

 

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

 

• File and organize daily paperwork.

 

• Process customer down payments and cashier transactions for sales, service, and parts.

 

• Assist sales staff with administrative tasks as needed.

 

• Keep customer waiting areas clean and organized.

 

• Prepare coffee and maintain a clean, fully stocked coffee bar.

 

• Help with other general office duties as needed.

 

Qualifications

 

• Friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude.

 

• Dependable, punctual, and organized.

 

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

 

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.

 

• Ability to multitask and work well with others.

 

• Previous experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person!
