THE OPPORTUNITY
If you’ve built a career making people feel taken care of — in a restaurant, hotel, retail store, or anywhere customers come first — you already have the most important skills for this role. As a service advisor, you’re the trusted guide between our customers and our service team: scheduling visits, translating technician-speak into plain English, keeping people in the loop, and making sure every interaction leaves someone feeling genuinely looked after.
No automotive background required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about cars. You just bring the warmth, the hustle, and the commitment to doing right by people.

Base hourly pay plus commission on closed repair orders and performance bonuses — no cap on what you can earn when you’re delivering results.

DAY TO DAY
- Be the first friendly face customers see — schedule appointments, greet arrivals, and set the tone for a great experience
- Walk customers through their vehicle, spotting anything worth attention and building trust along the way
- Keep customers updated throughout the day — no one likes being left in the dark
- Work alongside technicians to track job progress, parts, and timing
- Turn concerns into resolutions — you’re an advocate for the customer and the team
- Help hit team goals and participate in quality control
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in customer-facing roles — hospitality, retail, food service, or similar are a genuine advantage
- A high school diploma or GED (auto experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Strong communicator — equally comfortable with a nervous first-timer and a seasoned car enthusiast
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a team-first attitude
- Organized, professional, and comfortable with computers and phones
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
