Responsibilities and Duties

• Identifying correct parts in the catalog system
• Charging and costing parts out
• Basic inventory control functions
• Taking care of customer's over the phone and at the parts counter
• Accurately record parts and prices on work orders and counter tickets
• Provide high-level service to internal and external customers
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information

Qualifications

• 2 years parts sales experience preferred (dealership or retail aftermarket)
• Chrysler experience a plus
• CDK experience a plus
• Effective oral & written communication
• Ability to follow directions
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment

Work Experience & Education

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and a background check
