Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate vehicle options.
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
  • Negotiate prices and finalize sales paperwork in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chevrolet products, promotions, and incentives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet dealership goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Motivated, results-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
