Automotive Service Cashier / BDC

Bob Bell Chevrolet in Baltimore is looking for a Service Team Member to help with Cashiering and BDC!

Earn up to $22.00 per hour depending on experience!

Responsibilities - Cashier

• Answers multi-line telephone systems and refers calls accordingly
• Greet and assist customers in a pleasant and professional manner
• Accurately and efficiently process cash and credit card transactions and use a computer system
• Accurately and efficiently process service and parts tickets using a computer system
• Filing, general office duties
• Other duties as assigned
• Must be available to work some evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities - BDC

• Answer and manage incoming service calls, scheduling appointments promptly and accurately.
• Respond to internet leads and inquiries, setting appointments for service visits.
• Communicate and forward messages to the appropriate service personnel and departments.
• Assist customers directly with questions, concerns, and service-related issues.
• Coordinate rental vehicles for customers while their cars are in service.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (and comfortable learning new systems).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding service.
