Sales Consultants needed for busy Chevrolet Dealership
We are currently seeking driven Sales Associates who are passionate about people, performance, and the power of innovation. Internet proficiency and AI experience are strongly desired as we continue to modernize the car-buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a professional, consultative manner
- Build lasting relationships and create customers for life
- Conduct dynamic vehicle presentations and test drives
- Become a product expert on Chevrolet vehicles, trims, packages, and technology
- Utilize digital tools, CRM platforms, and AI-driven lead systems to manage prospects
- Follow up with internet and showroom leads via phone, email, and text
- Overcome objections confidently and close sales effectively
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Accurately complete sales documentation and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Management teams for a seamless customer experience
- Maintain consistent communication with the Sales Manager regarding performance and goals
- Bring energy, positive attitude, and professionalism every day
What We’re Looking For
- Tech-savvy with comfort using CRM systems, internet platforms, and AI tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual a plus
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
