Job Description
Bob Allen Ford is seeking an experienced and dependable Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles to ensure our customers receive safe, reliable, and high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify needed repairs

• Complete maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and alignments

• Repair and replace parts in engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems as needed

• Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures for all repairs

• Maintain accurate documentation on repair orders

• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle status and recommendations

• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized

• Stay current with training and certifications

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician preferred

• Ford certifications or dealership experience a plus

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening

• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
