What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional luxury ownership experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery and beyond.
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of BMW products, technology, financing, leasing, and ownership benefits.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations.
- Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage leads and customer follow-up.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Work closely with our Finance, Service, and Client Care teams to provide a seamless ownership experience.
Qualifications
- Previous BMW Client Advisor experience is required.
- Luxury automotive sales experience with a proven record of success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand.
- Self-motivated with a relentless work ethic and competitive drive.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Compensation
Our Client Advisors earn $120,000 to more than $350,000 annually.
