WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Sales Consultant at MINI of the Main Line, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do — creating unforgettable customer experiences while driving your own success.
You will:

Follow up on high-quality leads and set appointments through phone, email, and text

Build real connections with clients through needs-based conversations

Conduct engaging walk-arounds — both in-person and virtually — to highlight features and benefits of the MINI lineup

Guide customers through the vehicle selection, pricing, and financing process with confidence

Present additional accessories, warranties, and products to create value
-
Use effective techniques to close deals and deliver excitement
-
Ensure a seamless delivery experience, including client education and service process overview

Follow up after the sale to foster long-term relationships and generate referrals
-
Partner with the service team for smooth sales-to-service handoffs

Stay sharp on MINI inventory, tech, and trends to match every client with the perfect ride
