Our Sales department is looking for a full time BMW Genius to be part of our team, assisting our clients with vehicle tutorials, feature questions, demo rides and more.

Responsibilities

  • Demo rides

  • Vehicle Deliveries

  • Encore Deliveries

  • Ability to fully explain vehicle features, functions and benefits

  • Maintain communication with sales advisors regarding vehicle delivery and any scheduling changes

  • Call clients after delivery to book Encore appointment

  • Communicate with clients regarding any Encore changes to scheduled time

  • Follow up with clients who have not yet scheduled an Encore delivery using our CRM

  • Follow proper procedure of all delivery and Encore delivery paperwork

  • Stay up to date with new products, features, and accessories

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times  

  • Demonstrate passion about the brand and products

  • Confident in using new media (iPads, tablets, social media, etc)

  • Assist in other areas of the Sales department and perform other administrative duties

     

Requirements

  • Driver’s license required

 

Experience / Plus

  • General automotive knowledge

  • Use of Microsoft products, CRM tool 

  • BMW passion
