We are currently looking for Client Advisors at BMW of Peoria to join our team! We are hiring multiple candidates.

What We Offer:

  • Guaranteed income while training!
  • Sign-On Bonus for Experienced Automotive Sales Consultants:
    • $500 after 60 days
    • $1,000 after 90 days
  • $60,000 - $150,000+ annual earning potential your first year
  • 5-day work week – CLOSED on Sundays with flexibility for an early day off
  • Ability to draw off sister store inventory (over 1,000 used vehicles)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Determine customer needs through effective communication and listening
  • Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
  • Deliver vehicles and ensure customers understand features, warranties, and paperwork
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Stay up to date on inventory, features, and automotive trends
  • Work closely with sales managers, service, and other departments
  • Attend sales meetings and manufacturer training
  • Maintain accurate records and prospecting systems
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
