Hourly rate is $20; 10% commission after 90-day training period.

Responsibilities

• • Audits all finance deals to ensure they are processed accurately and timely.
  • Works directly with customers, salespersons, banks or other institutions to obtain additional information.
  • Enters data into the computer.
  • Creates and generates reports as needed or requested.
  • Ensure trade-ins have the proper paperwork so car can be processed.
  • Works with service department to ensure after-market products are properly processed and delivered.
  • Works with after-market service contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Assist Finance Managers in processing documentation.
  • Assist others as needed.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area.

Qualifications

• Basic math and accounting knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out instructions.
  • Computer skills, Microsoft office, Excel
  • Ability to multitask.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, and talk or hear; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds; specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
