BMW of Akron is currently seeking a dedicated team member to join our Courtesy Staff. This full-time position offers an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with a rotating Saturday schedule. We offer competitive health benefits and a positive work environment.

Business Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Rotating Schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in vehicle flow management as directed by the team leader.
• Drive vehicles to and from the sales and service areas as needed.
• Provide vehicle wash and clean-up services when requested.
• Shuttle vehicles and customers to and from the dealership as required.
• Maintain organization of vehicles on the service and sales lots.
• Perform daily tasks assigned by the manager.
• Ensure all required documentation is in vehicles, including window tags, manuals, and promotional materials.
• Deliver keys and materials to various departments as requested.
• Keep your department area clean and organized.
• Fill vehicles with fuel as needed.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to undergo a background check.
• Flexible schedule with availability for weekends.
• Positive attitude with a can-do mentality and strong customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
