Collision Estimator

Blue Springs Ford has an immediate opening for a motivated collision estimator. Duties include but aren't limited to: Writing estimates, performing quality checks, researching and providing accurate repair procedures, checking in customer vehicles, communicating repairs to the customer and insurance company, and documenting claim related paperwork.

Requirements:

Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy

Estimating experience

Automotive knowledge

CCC estimating system experience

basic computer skills

Excellent organization

Exceptional customer service

Abilities

Ability to communicate in a polite and efficient manor to both customer and insurance companies

Strong communication skills

Physical activity, bending kneeling, reaching above shoulder, lifting in excess of 50 pounds

Sales oriented

Ability to prioritize and efficiently complete tasks in a fast paced environment

Strong organization skills

Process oriented
