Detailing will be your primary focus, cleaning and preparing RVs for demonstrations, displays, and deliveries. You’ll also assist with lot porter responsibilities, including organizing the lot and moving RVs. We’ll provide training to help you safely learn that part of the role.

This is a great opportunity if you’ve worked in auto detailing, car washes, housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or another hands-on role where quality and reliability matter. Previous RV experience is not required.

THE ROLE:

RV Detailing - Your Primary Responsibility:

• Thoroughly clean RV interiors and exteriors to prepare them for customers, demonstrations, and deliveries
• Clean windows, floors, furniture, and other interior surfaces
• Use vacuums, power washers, and polishing tools—we’ll train you if needed!
• Ensure RVs are showroom-ready and meet our standards for cleanliness and presentation
• Identify and report any damage or maintenance concerns to the appropriate team member

Additional Lot Porter Responsibilities:

• Safely move RVs across the lot or into service bays using forklifts or tow vehicles after completing the appropriate training
• Keep the lot organized, neat, and ready for customers and deliveries
• Support service and sales teams with vehicle staging, event setup, and other lot needs
• Perform basic visual inspections and report any concerns

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Attention to detail and pride in keeping things clean, organized, and safe
• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet most of the day
• A team-first attitude and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn how to safely move and maneuver RVs
• Previous detailing or cleaning experience preferred
• Forklift or large-vehicle experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided
