POSITIONS WE’RE INTERVIEWING FOR

SALES ASSOCIATES - $65,000-$120,000
Help customers find the right RV for their lifestyle by learning their needs, demonstrating RV features, following up with interested buyers, and guiding them through the purchase process.

A good fit: Outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships and working toward goals. Experience in automotive sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service can translate well into RV sales.

SERVICE ADVISORS - $50,000-$85,000
Serve as the connection between customers and our service team. Responsibilities include discussing service needs, preparing repair orders, coordinating with technicians, explaining recommendations, and keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.

A good fit: Organized, sales-minded professionals with strong communication skills who can manage multiple priorities and handle customer concerns with care. Automotive or RV service advising experience is especially valuable.

RV TECHNICIANS - $20.00-$40.00/hourly flat rate
Diagnose, repair, and maintain the systems that make an RV a home on wheels, including electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and interior or exterior components. Complete quality repairs and document work accurately.

A good fit: Hands-on problem solvers who take pride in their craftsmanship. Experience in RV repair, automotive service, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or other skilled trades may be a strong match.

DETAILERS - $16.00-$19.00/hourly
Clean and detail RV interiors and exteriors to ensure each unit looks its best for customers. Help prepare RVs for display and delivery while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

A good fit: Dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy active, hands-on work and seeing the results of their efforts. Experience in automotive detailing, cleaning, car washes, or similar roles is helpful.

PARTS MANAGER - $60,000-$70,000
Lead daily parts department operations, including inventory control, ordering, receiving, vendor relationships, and customer service. Work closely with the service department to ensure technicians have the parts they need and customers receive knowledgeable support.

A good fit: An organized leader with experience in parts, inventory management, or dealership operations. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team and department performance are essential.
