Blue Ash Health & Rehab is looking for a dependable, experienced, and motivated Full-Time Night Shift Nursing Supervisor  to join our team! We are looking for a strong nursing leader who takes pride in providing quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, and making sure our facility runs smoothly throughout the night.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and resident care during the night shift.

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff.

• Ensure residents receive quality care in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

• Monitor resident conditions and respond to emergencies or changes in condition.

• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and facility leadership as needed.

• Assist with staffing needs and ensure appropriate nursing coverage.

• Complete nursing assessments, documentation, and incident reports as required.

• Monitor compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and infection control standards.

• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff.

• Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred.

• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing quality resident care.
