Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to facility policies and procedures.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed, ensuring residents’ safety.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care.

Requirements

• Current certification as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA).
• Compassionate and patient-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and other daily tasks.
