We are currently searching for an experienced Delivery Specialist Manager to work at our Bloomington Auto Mall store. Having experience in wholesale or retail automotive sales would be ideal. We are looking for someone with high energy and a strong passion for customer satisfaction. We have a beautiful dealership and you'd be working around some of the most prestigious franchises in the market... Mercedes Benz, Audi, Subaru, Lincoln & VW. Responsibilities
  • New & CPO vehicle deliveries
  • Know ins & outs of all vehicles (including apps & subscriptions)
  • Love Encore Re-deliveries
  • Subari Love Promise Coordinator
  • RDR's / CDK knowledge
  • CSI management
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Product knowledge/function is key with all the different vehicles on a daily basis
  • Maintaining daily contact target/appointment target
  • Must be able to contribute to positive team environment
Qualifications
  • Strong vehicle technology understanding
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Self- Motivated and Energetic
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet daily goals
