Automotive Parts Advisor

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts needs, ensuring excellent service and accurate product knowledge to support our dealership’s operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts ordering processes.
• Communicate effectively with service technicians and other departments to fulfill parts requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an automotive parts or related retail environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records.
• Proficient with computer systems and inventory management software.
