We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimum performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.

Qualifications 

• ASE Certifications preferred 
• Previous experience with a OEM certified dealer
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and ability to read schematics
• Strong independent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues
• Professionalism and politeness to staff

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs including accurate diagnostics
• Complete MPI Inspections ethically and suggest solutions 
• Complete warranty repairs and maintenance in compliance with manufacturer specifications
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding vehicle repair status
• Stay up-to-date with required OEM training 
• Stay active in the shop and work proficiently to complete vehicles for our customers in the expected repair time window

Requirements

• Past experience as a Service Technician or similar role in automotive repair
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications preferred
