Billy Howell Ford Lincoln is currently seeking a part time employee to work with our vehicle rental department and provide customer service support for our vehicle service department. The ideal candidate will have previous rental car agency experience and possess excellent customer service / communication skills. Daily responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, scheduling rental / service appointments, completing rental agreements, maintaining rental fleet, and providing service with a smile. A valid drivers license and a clean driving record are a must. The schedule will be approx 25-28 hrs per week, working Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Responsibilities
 
  •  Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Ensure the daily inventory of rentals are ready for usage.
  • Inspect and process new inventory deliveries
  • Schedule rental and service department appointments.
  • Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
  • Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
  • Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
