RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking an organized, diligent, and responsible parts counter sales person to join our growing team.  In this position, you will be responsible for selling parts and entering special orders for customers and technicians.  The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.  
 

This individual will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Complete special order part request for the customer or technician
• Communicate with customers and technicians on parts status
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 5+ years experience with automotive parts sales is required
  • Experience with Ford auto parts sales is preferred
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus

• Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Proficient keyboarding skills
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
