We are looking for a highly motivated, customer service-oriented individual with a positive attitude interested in developing a career in Internet Auto Sales. No previous experience required. Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects including introduction, answering all questions asked and continued follow-up through our CRM tool

• Set and generate daily customer appointments

• Showcase the dealership's vehicles that the internet customer requests to be shown before or during appointment

• Work with sales management to answer customer questions about the car, financing, and purchase or lease process before or during appointment based on customer's request

• Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership for their appointment

• Accompany customer on a demo drive after acquiring their valid driver’s license and any other required document

• Negotiate vehicle pricing and trade-in value for customer's vehicle if not already done through phone or internet communication

• Coordinate with the finance department customer's lease, finance, and ownership options

• Provide a thorough vehicle delivery

• Follow-up with past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicle

Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferably
