• Every Saturday and Sunday off.
• Open no later than 7 p.m.
• Major holidays off, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July Fourth.
• Holiday schedules that give you meaningful time away. In 2026, we closed Friday, July 3, ahead of the holiday weekend. This Christmas, we’ll be closed December 24–27.

What You’ll Do

• Listen to customers and help them select the right vehicle.
• Deliver professional vehicle demonstrations and engaging test drives.
• Respond promptly to internet inquiries and phone leads.
• Generate opportunities through follow-up, relationship building, and referrals.
• Learn Ford products, our used inventory, and the features customers value.
• Guide customers through the purchase process with honesty and confidence.
• Stay connected after the sale and build lasting customer relationships.
• Bring initiative, professionalism, and a team-first attitude every day.

What You’ll Bring

• Ambition, follow-through, and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• A commitment to honest, respectful business practices.
• Availability to work our weekday schedule, including evenings until 7 p.m.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus. Automotive experience is not required.
