Key Responsibilities

• Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
• Repair Execution: Perform repairs and calibrations as needed, ensuring all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Customer Communication: Clearly explain diagnostic findings and repair recommendations to Service Advisors and customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in automotive diagnostics and repair.
• Certifications: ASE Certification(s) preferred; willingness to obtain necessary certifications.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with OEM diagnostic tools and software.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
• Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
