Bill Harris CDJR is looking for a full-time Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our service team.

Whether you've recently graduated from an automotive program, have some shop experience, or have been working on vehicles on your own and are ready to turn that passion into a career, we'll help you develop the skills to move forward.

You'll work alongside experienced technicians, receive paid manufacturer training, and get hands-on experience in a professional dealership environment.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

You'll get real, hands-on experience—not just busy work.

• Oil changes and scheduled maintenance
• Tire rotations and inspections
• Brake repairs
• Steering and suspension
• Vehicle inspections and diagnostics
• Electrical and mechanical systems

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need to know everything.

You do need to:

• Be dependable and show up ready to work
• Have a genuine interest in automotive repair
• Be willing to learn
• Take pride in doing things correctly
• Work well with experienced technicians and teammates
• Be comfortable working with your hands
• Have a valid driver's license and good driving record

Automotive school or previous shop experience is a plus—but it's not required for the right person.

If you've recently graduated from trade school, that's great.

If you're already working in a shop and want a chance to move up, we want to talk to you too.
