Responsibilities
  • Maintain and foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by conducting customer interviews and actively listening to their wants and needs
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies, becoming an industry expert
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries
  • Perform various forms of outbound prospecting and follow up daily
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Learn from constructive criticism and adapt accordingly
  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude and mindset to work with you every single day
Qualifications
  • Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
  • Must be a self motivated individual and have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Previous sales experience is not required, but is taken into consideration
  • Eagerness for continual education regarding product and procedures
  • Strong ability to adapt to ever changing market conditions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as listening skills
  • Computer skills including Word, CRM, and typing.
  • Have great people skills
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
