Product Manager – Projector PSA
We are looking for a Product Manager for BigTime’s Projector PSA. You will lead the evolution of our enterprise solution to meet the growing demands for workflow efficiency, automation, and scalability. Our customers rely on Projector to manage resources, oversee projects, and improve profitability—and your role will be central to ensuring we continue to deliver on that promise.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the product roadmap, including planning, scoping, prioritization, and delivery. This includes translating client feedback and market trends into actionable enhancements, ensuring alignment with broader technical initiatives such as AI integration and cross-sell opportunities across the organization.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration across cross-functional teams—including Development, QA, Customer Experience, Sales, and Product Marketing—as well as close coordination with fellow Product Managers responsible for adjacent product lines. You will act as both a strategist and an executor, ensuring that Projector evolves to meet our customers’ needs while advancing our business goals.

What You Are Accountable For:
-
Own the product vision and ensure that it aligns with the overall company strategy. Develop and execute the product roadmap for Enterprise PSA product line

Collect and analyze feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to shape new features and product enhancements

Track and analyze what/how customers are using/not using the product

Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice as you build strong customer relationships to turn pain points into solutions

Engage with customer experience and sales teams to dive into use cases, product features, and benefits. A collaborative attitude is essential to the job

Analyze market trends and competition. Develop new opportunities as you keep your pulse of the market

Ensure product releases are on schedule and launches are successful for customers and internal stakeholders
Who You Are
-
5+ years in product management in a technology company; preferred experience with project management and PSA solutions

3+ years of experience as a product manager on a B2B SaaS products
-
Proven track record of launching new products in market and managing a product roadmap

Experience with PowerBI strongly preferred

Strong collaborator with software development/engineering to deliver high-quality products

Strong technology background - understand & collaborate with software developers

Self-starter. Able to learn quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced high-growth environment

Exceptional communication skills - write, verbal, and presentation

Background in program or project management a plus

Quality Assurance experience a plus

Previous experience with launching AI products & tools a plus
The expected salary for this position ranges from $120,000 - $143,000 OTE annually. The actual salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation such as bonuses.
