BigTime is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our Revenue Operations function and Go-to-Market teams. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, this role will focus on optimizing processes, developing strategic insights, and driving operational excellence across our go-to-market teams. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a love for data, process improvement, systems thinking, and collaboration with leadership teams.

What You Are Accountable For:

  • Design, implement, and optimize business processes across Go-to-Market teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.

  • Develop and maintain analytics, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce and other platforms to provide actionable insights to GTM leaders and the Executive team.

  • Support leadership presentations by building board deck materials, highlighting KPIs and performance trends for Go-to-Market teams.

  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, surface opportunities, and recommend improvements across the revenue lifecycle.

  • Collaborate closely with Go-to-Market leadership to define, track, and report on departmental KPIs.

  • Support marketing with conversion and efficiency questions (marketing attribution analysis)

  • Support sales with forecasting and individual/team performance measurement

 

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar analytical role — preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment.

  • Proficient with CRM reporting and dashboard creation (Salesforce preferred). 

  • Highly proficient with MS office suite, expert-level Excel skills.

  • Exceptional skills in data analysis, storytelling, and visualizing insights for non-technical audiences.

  • Experience building content for Executive presentations (board decks, leadership reports).

  • Deep understanding of SaaS business metrics and of sales and marketing KPIs

  • Familiarity with AI tools in a business context (e.g., predictive analytics, workflow automation, AI-driven reporting) is a major plus.

  • Self-starter with a bias for action, who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence without authority.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Interested in a hybrid role, coming onsite -/+ 3 days per week.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $110,000 annually. The actual salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation such as bonuses.
