What You’ll Be Doing - Junior Systems Engineer:

BigTime Software is looking to add a dynamic Junior Systems Engineer to our Technology Team. The individual in this role will provide end user support, manage systems, and enhance, and the function of existing systems. You will help to support and have an opportunity to learn from the team behind our award-winning, cloud based system. 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and able to solve technical problems in a fast-paced environment. 

Who You Are:

• Support a mixed Windows and MacOS environment 

• Hardware troubleshooting both remote and in office

• Interest and ability to learn new systems and skills

• Basic understanding of networks\firewalls\routing

• Support business applications and end users with Lastpass, Slack, Zoom, Google Apps, Office 365 and more 

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a clear understanding of technology operating standards 

• Great reading, written and verbal communication skills

• 1-3+ years IT experience

• Participate in laptop hardware lifecycles (replacement planning, imaging, deployment, removal)

Candidates may also have experience with or be interested in

• Powershell or other basic scripting languages

• Automated software and configuration deployments via Intune\JAMF

• Hardware procurement

• Identity management

• Database systems

• Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure

• Server management
