Gwinnett Place Nissan is seeking a dedicated Express Service Technician to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who excels in quick and efficient vehicle servicing, ensuring high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections in a timely and efficient manner.
• Diagnose and repair minor vehicle issues following dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and service bays.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding work completed and any recommended repairs.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service department.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
