Parts Department Advisor

• 40-45 hour Workweek,  Monday thru Friday 7am - 5pm (Saturday rotation and closed Sunday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Work as a team alongside other Parts Advisors, Technicians, Service Advisers and Sales Department
• Attend Manufacture specific training classes, mostly Online
• Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
• Stay up on OSHA requirements
• Identify and procure required parts for our internal and external customers
• Receiving/shipping of parts orders
• Maintain clean work area
• Receive incoming parts sales calls 
• Maintain required Manufacturer certifications

Candidates must be:

• Self-motivated, Hardworking and a Problem Solver
• Be able to lift and move product (up to 70lbs)
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Lift, bend and stand for long periods.
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must be a team player.

Job Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
