Job Description

Beuckman Ford is seeking a dependable and motivated Automotive Lube Technician to join our service team. This is an excellent entry point for individuals who want to begin or advance their career in automotive repair. You’ll be responsible for performing basic maintenance services on vehicles while working alongside experienced technicians in a professional, high-volume shop.

Job Type & Schedule

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday. No Saturdays!
Work Requirements:

• Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts

• Ability to Commute: Ellisville, MO (Required)

• Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other basic maintenance tasks

• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to senior technicians or service advisors

• Assist with light-duty repairs and vehicle upkeep as directed

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area and tools

• Follow all dealership and manufacturer service procedures

• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a lube technician preferred but not required

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training

• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
