HOTEL NAME is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team.

The Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing revenue, maximizing sales opportunities consistent with the Hotel's business plan; accurately forecasting revenue and expenses, and efficiently managing sales activities through coordination with clients and operational departments.

Responsibilities

  • Achieves assigned sales call goals, room night production, and/or booking pace goals 
  • Assists in developing strategies to positively impact RevPAR growth 
  • Understands market conditions and impact on RevPAR Index growth 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent 2+ years of related hotel and management experience.

  • A proven track record of meeting budgets, an understanding of P&L statements, budgets, and cost/inventory control.

  • Field management experience is preferred and a sales background is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and PC (Windows-based software) skills will be required.

  • Proven track record of service and financial success.
