ABOUT BEST FORD NASHUA
Best Ford Nashua — part of The Best Automotive Group — is a well-established, family-oriented Ford dealership with a strong reputation for integrity, professionalism, and outstanding customer service throughout southern New Hampshire and the greater Merrimack Valley.
Our reputation is built on being easy to do business with, honest in every interaction, and focused on creating a pressure-free experience for every customer. What makes us different is our people — accessible, knowledgeable, accountable, and committed to doing things the right way.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Deal Processor to be a key player in our business office. You will cap deals and handle a mix of everyday accounting tasks that keep the store running clean. This is a detail-oriented seat for someone who takes pride in accurate paperwork, tight deadlines, and a well-organized office. This role does not include title clerk duties — that side is handled separately.
Pay: $19–$24 per hour, based on experience. Prior dealership office, deal processing, or accounting experience is strongly preferred and paid at the top of the range.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Cap deals in the DMS — review deal jackets for accuracy, verify funding, and post to the appropriate accounts
-
Book new, used, and wholesale deals and reconcile them against F&I paperwork
-
Handle basic accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks — coding invoices, cutting checks, applying payments
-
Post factory rebates, holdback, incentives, and manufacturer statements
-
Reconcile schedules, clear open items, and follow up on aged receivables
-
Support month-end close by keeping schedules current and clean throughout the month
-
Communicate with Sales, F&I, and outside vendors to resolve missing paperwork or funding issues quickly
-
Maintain organized, audit-ready deal files and accounting records
-
Provide general business-office support and back-up as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Prior dealership office, deal processing, or accounting experience strongly preferred
-
Familiarity with dealership DMS platforms (Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, or similar) is a plus
-
Working understanding of dealership accounting basics — schedules, journal entries, AP/AR — will train the right candidate
-
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new software quickly
-
Highly organized and detail-oriented — accuracy is the job
-
Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple deals / files at once
-
Professional written and verbal communication skills
-
Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
