Quick Lube Technician

Berglund Automotive is seeking motivated Lube Technicians / Quick Lube Technicians to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in the automotive industry. Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, we’ll provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. As a Lube Technician, your role is to provide fast, friendly, and professional maintenance service to our valued customers.

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements

• Utilize hand tools and equipment to conduct service tasks efficiently and safely

• Inspect and maintain vehicle powertrain and mechanical components to ensure reliability

• Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors regarding recommended services and findings

• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, timely service

• Stay current with basic automotive technology and manufacturer service guidelines

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

 

 

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Lube Technician / Quick Lube Technician preferred, but not required (training provided)

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Schedule

• Full-time, in-person position

• Monday through Friday (with flexibility as needed)
