Facilities Maintenance Technician

Berglund Automotive Group is looking for a dependable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our 10 dealership locations safe, functional, and well-maintained. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, working with your hands, and taking care of a variety of tasks — from changing light bulbs to minor repairs to keeping our lots looking neat — we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair duties across multiple dealership locations
• Replace light bulbs and ceiling tiles and trouble shoot minor issues
• Handle small repairs such as tightening fixtures, minor plumbing, and patchwork
• Assist with setting up furniture or equipment as needed
• Communicate with the Facilities Manager about supply needs or larger repair issues
• Travel between dealership locations 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance, building upkeep, or similar role
• Hands-on skills across light electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
