Job Summary:
Interact with Bentley rental truck customers who come to the counter to process their rental. You will not only process customer rentals but will actively consult with customers on the type of rental they need, including any insurance or ancillary benefits or coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare rental agreement folders with all required information.
- Clean and refuel of vehicles in preparation for upcoming reservations.
- Assist in processing and mailing out invoices for both rental and service.
- Qualify and process customer rentals with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide information on rental cars such as availability, operation, and description.
- Run and review PM reports. Call both lease and rental customers to schedule service.
- Prepare rental contracts, obtaining customer identification and driver’s license and process payment.
- Answer phone calls/questions in a timely manner. Provide direction and resolve customer issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with vehicle exchanges, returns, future reservations and any concerns they may have.
- Assist with detailing trucks when needed and drop off and pick-up trucks with drivers when needed.
- Perform other administrative functions as needed for service and sales.
Job Requirements:
- Professional image and demeanor.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- A clean and valid driver's license is required.
- Must possess good customer service and closing technique skills.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm and outstanding communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management.
