Lot Attendant/Porter

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant/Porter to help keep our dealership organized, vehicles customer-ready, and our property looking its best. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in supporting our sales and service teams. 

This is a Full-Time position, with Part-Time opportunities available as well. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working around vehicles in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and readiness of new and used vehicle inventory
• Receive incoming vehicles, verify identifying information, and inspect for damage or other concerns
• Park, move, and arrange vehicles throughout the dealership according to management direction and display standards
• Provide excellent customer service during every interaction.
• Demonstrate great communication skills by greeting customers and assisting with guest check-in/vehicle walk around.
• Responsible for transporting vehicles into service bays during day-to-day operation.
• Will be responsible for conducting the active delivery of vehicles when repairs are complete, which includes picking up vehicle from lot and transporting it to the front door; like a valet service
• Perform other duties as assigned by management 

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean and acceptable driving record
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional appearance
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Previous automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screening
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for extended periods
