What You Bring

• Prior car dealership sales management experience (REQUIRED)
• Excellent closing and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter mentality with a team-first mindset
• Proven record of success in customer satisfaction (CSI) and sales performance

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6–7 sales professionals
• Drive performance, close deals, and meet/exceed monthly targets
• Recruit, train, and coach new and existing team members
• Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to our customer-focused sales process
• Be a hands-on leader and mentor — “Your #1 role will be teaching and developing your team.”
