Job Description:
Bell Ford is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Ford Warranty Registration/Cancellation Clerk to join our team. This position involves processing warranty registrations and cancellations, issuing refunds, and ensuring compliance with Ford warranty policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with numbers and data. Previous experience in automotive warranty processing is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Process and post warranty cancellations based on requests from customers, lienholders, or identified discrepancies.
• Issue refund checks for cancellations to customers or lienholders.
• Assist with and/or process warranty claims to suppliers for reimbursement related to supplier quality issues.
• Ensure claims adherence to company policies and guidelines.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on claims status, resolve issues, and address queries.
• Analyze warranty data to track and identify patterns, trends, and recurring issues.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work with numbers and data efficiently.
• Familiarity with warranty processes and procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior automotive warranty experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with systems such as SafeGuard, Protective Continental, Ford ESP, Transcity, and Automate is a plus.
