Berge Automotive Group, a respected and family-owned dealership group with decades of experience in the Arizona market, is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Biller to join our team at Bell Ford. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about accuracy in automotive billing, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately post and process new and used vehicle deals
• Submit delivery reporting with Ford
• Calculate and track sales commissions and chargebacks
• Ensure compliance in all deal documentation
• Handle incentive submissions for new vehicles
• Submit lien payoff requests and warranty payments
• Maintain schedules for vehicle inventory, We Owe, and vehicle A/R
• Complete and reconcile 8300 forms and mail them as required
• Provide additional administrative and office support as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous dealership billing experience preferred
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software is a plus
• Strong computer proficiency
• Fast learner and adaptable to change
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Pre-Hire Requirements:

• A valid AZ Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record.
